%workcomplete - Report

Hi!

I wan't to make a report that shows how much work has been done in % of how
much work should have been done pr. week in a given period.

Can anyone give me a hint to where I should start?

Hi,
you can do so using two things:
1. Reports - Goto View / Reports, and choose one of the reports or if you
don't find what you are looking for just create a new custom report based on
the % of work completed

2. Views - goto View / More Views and choose a view with tasks and their
percent completed you probably will find one there if not just create a new
custom view that list all tasks with their percent completion status.

Thanks for your response.

My problem is that I don't wan't the numbers for the hole project. I just
wan't to see if we have accomplished the work we were supposed to have done
in the given periode. So I wan't see have many % we have done of the work we
were supposed to have done in the periode and not for the project as a whole.
And I wan't the numbers per. task. I didn't find a report or view that gave
me this numbers. Should I configure some new columns or how can I do this?

yes it easy to configure it, just choose the fields you want to include in a
view or report. you can also create new custom fields that you may need to
define, like the week number.

Take a look under help for Earned Value. The EV metric SPI - schedule
performance index - is exactly that, only expressed as a decimal. SPI*100
is the percentage you're looking for.
