Working With Two Computers & Outlook

I am planning to have a desktop computer at home, and
carry a laptop with me while I work. Is there an easy way
to bring the laptop home at night and sync it to the
desktop and vice versa. I presently have Outlook 2000 but
am thinking about purchasing the Outlook 2003 upgrade.

I've tried a bunch of the suggestions in
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm and they all seem to be a lot of
trouble to coordiante.

My current solution is to consider the calendar and contacts on my laptop to
be the master.

I export these to a .pst file using inport/export, copy them to my home
computer by ehternet, and then open these pst's as an additional set of
personal folders on the desktop. With that pst open you can drag its
calendar and contact menus into your main set of desktop folders.

Yes, I know, this is lame, but its the best I've found.

Don't export them. Just create a new PST on the master, copy those folders
to the new PST and then move that PST to the home computer.
