XML export/import rounds duration of less than a day up to one day

Hi folks -

One more idiosyncrasy which seems to exist in both 2003 & 2007 - a fixed
duration task of less than one day with no resources assigned to it gets
rounded up to a full day if you export and re-import the schedule as XML.
