XP's OE

Jennifer

I am new with this version that came with my pc. My previous experience was
using Windows 2000. Whenever there is a picture sent in the body of an email
that is sent to me, it is transformed to an attachment and removed from the
body. Can I alter this? Can I restore those that have been sent to me to
their original state?

Thanks.

After furious head scratching, Jennifer asked:
