A form in Excel saved as webpage

I have basically an inventory sheet I created in MS Excel and when finished
I went to "save as web page" which then saved it as an .htm file. I then
tried to open it in MS Front Page and it automatically opened it within
Excel for some reason. I do not want it to do that. I want to be able to
able that inventory sheet in Front Page and then add pics and soforth using
front page. What can I do here? What are my options? Thanks much and hope
someone is able to help.

In FP - Tools Options General - unselect the last 2 options under Startup

They aren't check and it still open them in excel rather front page. What
else? There has to be something or some way.
