Now, I have to close one and then start to access the other exchange
server. What's worse is that I need to wait, otherwise, Outlook
automatically connects back to the previous server.

1. is it possible to ask Outlook not to connect to the previous server
?
2. is it possible to connect to 1 servers at the same time ?

Thanks.
