Administrator Access to Old Projects - PWA 2003

As an administrator on ProjectServer/PWA 2003, I have access to all
project PWA sites for projects that were created after the date I
became an administrator. But I do not have access to any project PWA
sites created before I became an administrator. Is there a way to
apply my administrator priviledges to all project PWA sites that were
created before my time?
