All Office products crash a few seconds afer opening

Every time I open any Office product (Office 2003), it opens for a few
seconds and then an error message comes up and says that an error has occured
and the program needs to occur. It asks if I want to send the error report
and recover my work. I click to have it recover my work and send the error
report. It recovers my work and a few seconds later the exact same thing
happens. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I have Windows XP. The error report that is being sent to Microsoft is as
follows:
