App presents with blank listboxes after installing runtime updates

I have an Access XP application that was running just fine on a user's
systems until they ran the MS Access XP Runtime updates. Now the application
no longer shows any data in any list or combo boxes. I've seen this problem
before, but it was corrected 'AFTER' the latest Access updates were
installed! This is the first time I've seen the Office updates cause problem.

I have all the latest Windows and Office updates installed and everything is
running just fine on my development systems, as well as on all my user's
systems. Any ideas on what could be causing the problem and where to start
looking?
