Assignments from Resource Pool

I'm using a resource pool. When I try to assign resources to a task using
the resource assignment dialog box each resource's name is displayed four
times. Though each resource's name only displays once in the pool and I do
not have resources in the sharer file. I use MS Project 2003.

Hi,

This sounds as if your sharer files are not connected to the pool.
In the pool, Tools, Resource Sharing, Share resources: do you se the
addresses of the sharer files?
