Upon opening an email with an attachment that is a later version of an Excel
or Word file that is already saved in a My Documents folder, the File Save As
window prompts me to save the file but will not close regardless if I select
Save or Cancel. The window pops up over and over. When I try to use Task
Manager to end the application I get an error message telling me the app
can't be shut down because a dialogue box is open. I finally end up powering
down the PC. Are there any settings that will disable the prompt to save the
file?
