I have a user that has been sent an attachment with Script MT Bold font, but
when she opens it the attachment is in plain text. I thought it was a setting
in Outlook 2003, and set it to HTML, it was set to Rich Text. That did not
fix the issue. Any suggestions would be great.

John,

It was company letterhead that was done in Script MT Bold, but only shows up
in her email attachment as plain text. I had her send it to me in an
attachment, and it came through in the correct font. Any suggestions?

Sorry John, it is a word document. The letterhead is done in Microsoft Office
Word 2003.
