AutoFill double click does not work in Excel 2007

Hi all

I found I have a problem with AutoFill in Excel 2007. I have two
columns with the figures. Third colum includes calculation based on
the first two columns.
However, when I write the formula into first row and try to paste it
down using standard double click at the right bottom corner, there is
absolutely no action.

I found that also double click at the cell, which would move you to
the last record (double click at the bottom of the cell) or to the
first (double click at the top of the cell) does not work at all.

I checked the options (Excel Options / Advanced / Enable AutoComplete
as well as Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop) and it looks OK,
all these options are checked.
Any idea what is wrong?
Thanks a lot

Cannot replicate the problem unless there is a hidden or very skinny blank row
between source row and rest of data range.

Any chance of that?

Did you check to see that there was NOTHING in the cells below? I
just tried it in Excel 2007 and it stopped on a blank cell, but it had
a formula in it, just APPEARED blank. Just a possibility.
