I have several hundred folders for storing all my email by topic. After I've been working in Outlook for some time, when I go to move an email to a folder, many of the folders are expanded and it takes a few more seconds to find the folder I want.
What I'd like is a way to either:
1. Have the folders in the "Move Item To" window always be collapsed when the window opens.
or 2. Have a way to manually collapse all of these with a single click of a button.
Yes, I know I can manually collapse them, and this is not a big hardship, but its an ease of use issue and a few seconds per email over 200 emails per day can start to add up.
