Backing Up Outlook Data To Move To New Computer

I want to back up all my folders I have created as well
as my contacts (all mail in inbox, outbox, deleted and
all folders I created). Where do I find these files? I
know how I did it in Outlook Express and where the files
were .. but Outlook Express? I am confused. Please help.
