Blank Document Opens when opening Attachments

in outlook 2002, desktop with xp, 1st time when opening
any attachment, it opens a blank white screen then it
goes back to the outlook inbox, When opening the
attachment a 2nd time it works fine, this happens
everytime when opening an attachment for the first time.

Disable your virusscanner and/or firewall and try again. If the problem
doesn't occur anymore update your virusscanner and/or firewall software.
