What does it mean when you get a blank email in your Outlook almost every
day?? It is just a little envelope and I don't open it but I get them
almost daily??

It often means that someone's spam-generating program is brain-dead and
spewing ill-formed junk. You can create a rule that will discard any
message whose body is empty.
