Bug or "feature" - Publisher margins settings

Publisher "Custom Page Size" settings don't work as expected.

I wanted to set up a 5.5" x 8.5" booklet with a smaller margin on the inside
of the pages. I clicked on File, Page Setup and then clicked the Advanced
button.

Initially, I left the Top, Bottom, and Outside margins at 0.5" and changed
the settings for the Inside margin to 0.25" and it seemed to be correct. The
preview image showed the inside margins smaller than the outside. However,
when I returned to my document, the inside margin was larger than the outside.

I went back and changed the Outside margin to 0.25" and the Inside margin to
0.5" and voila, the layout was correct. This really needs to be fixed.

You need to change the margins on the publication page using the arrange menu.
