Calculation for task and group summary rows with Project 98

I was trying to apply a basic process with Project 98 by using the insert menu, select column and insert a new column
Then I was looking for a way to use a "Calculation for task and group summary row" option in order to set it to "sum"

Where are those options in Project 98? Any help would be appreciate

No - see my earlier answer. It requires writing some code to do this.
