Calendar View - Day or Week

Hello Project People,

Is there a way to create different calendar views in MSProject like a Day
view or a Week View similar to the Outlook Calendar but with User defined
fields and filters? Or is there a way to export from Project and import the
task and resource data into Outlook to get the Calendar views that I need?

Hi

You can create new calendar views

You can not change the scale

But if you right click inside the calendar and select timescale that will
show you all of the options available to you

There are no standard methods i am aware of for exporting tasks to MS
outlook from a standalone copy of Project short of cut & paste

You can however, import tasks from outlook into Project

At least I can eliminate MSProject as a tool to use for this purpose. Some
other poor sucker will get the assignment!...M
