Calendars in word 98

I am trying to find a way to put some sort of dropdown
calendar into a 98 word document that is used to send out
appointment letters. Is there such a thing???

If you go to Insert + Object, you may have a Calendar Control function you
can select. That allows you to insert a calendar.
