Someone sent me a picture via text messaging, it appears to be of a
questionable content. Doese anyone have the knowledge to help me clear up
the image so it is viewable, it is the only way I can report it if, it is of
a quetionsable content/

You'll need to explain what you mean by 'clear up the image so it is
viewable'. Are you trying to say that it is pornographic and you want to
render it less explicit?

Your reading is more charitable than mine. I thought he wanted to clear it
up so he could see it better and make sure it was pornographic before
reporting it!
