Can I automate a document to pop up at certain times of the day?

I'd like to schedule a document to pop up at 4:30 PM every day so I can track
what I have done at work that day. I used to be able to do this with past
versions of Word, but haven't figured out how to do it with Word 2003.

Please see/use Task Scheduler in the operating system, or post your
question in one of the groups for the operating system you ar using for
other suggestions.
