Can I download contacts from email account to Outlook?

I want to get the contacts I have saved online in my email accounts to be in
Outlook without having to copy them one at a time manually. Is there anyway
to do this?

earthlink account from the actual web pages.

Not directly. See if they will allow you to export to one of the file
formats that Outlook can import.
CSV usually works.
