Can I merge project calendars? Link them See several projects at o

I manage a number of projects at a time. Is there any way in Project that I
can merge project calendars so I can see all that I have to do at a given
time for all projects?

Or - alternatives - somehow that I don't have to open each project
individually to see what needs to be done that day or that week.

Hi,
Yes.
You have to link the individual projects to a resource pool.
Look for help on Resource Sharing.

Skpinny,

On the assumption that you are referring to using the "Calendar View" when
you want see all of the "tasks" that you are scheduled to complete....

Create a "master"-type schedule with all of the sub-project files that you
would like to see tasks combined together from. This can be achieved by using
the Insert|Project... command for each sub-project that you would like tasks
visible from. Save this as an ".mpp" file for as long as you need.

Then after creating the "master," you should be able to switch to the
Calendar View and see all of your tasks.

I hope this was what you were looking for! If not, please provide additional
details of the view or report that you wish to see the tasks listed in.

Hi Skpinny,
This is Possible when you merge multiple projects (sub projects) in one
project file(master project). When you do so, the calenders present in the
subprojects appear in the master project ( with a suffix of the project file
name) . To View the specific calender, you can select Tools--> Change Work
time option and select required Calender.

pls let me know if this helps you.

Thanks
Tom
