Can I sort my two email accounts by colored fonts

I have two different emails downloading into Outlook. Can I sort them by
different colored fonts to make it easier?

of course you can :) use automatic formatting. to get started, click the
organize button on the toolbar or tools menu and choose using color. if the
default options aren't enough, click the advanced button on the right.

Hi Diane,

I have worked out the setting of the colors but not the sorting by color.
I have had no difficulty in working out every other sort option but by font
color as determined by rules I am not having any success.

Can you please provide some insight.

Many Thanks

You'll have to arrange your folder view by E-mail Account;
View-> Arrange By->E-mail Account

For previous versions of Outlook, you'll need to add the Account column to
your view and click on it to sort by account.

For other solutions to separate incoming mails from multiple email accounts
