Can Not Vew Attachments.

Every thing worked OK untill about one month ago, If I click on an
attachment nothing happens nor can I save any attachment.
I also have a problem when I click on Get mail in MS Explorer all I get
is Illagel Function and I have to get my mail Netscape. Vic.
