Can outlook do this?

We are currently using Top Producer to set up a contact list where we can print a label for each contact for three months from their entry date. We send out a newspaper to a new contact for three months then stop. Can outlook be set up to do this - if so how? Can outlook print all the labels for the month in one printing?
