Can u create html emails in Outlook?

Outlook Express v6 will allow you to pass html script into your email
so that you can send 'exciting' looking emails. Will Outlook allow you
to do this also? I can't see a way of doing it.

There are 2 ways:
You can use the MS Word to edit the HTML format email, please click
Tools/Options/Mail format, check the Use Microsoft Word to edit mail.

You can use the HTML editor, such as FrontPage, and then copy the content
from the HTML editor and paste in the Outlook.
