Can you save different views of the same mpp file

I want to be able to create a view of an mpp file that will not affect the
content of the file or other users view of the same file. Can this be done
and if so, how?

You have two options. Either create new views using View, More Views (but
new views are not read only) or create a .pdf view using a pdf printer.
