Cannot Copy Publisher File Over Network

I cannot open or copy some publisher files over the network between computers
on the same network. I get an error "Access priviledges have not been
given". I do not have problems with any other files.

ANy suggestions?

Thanks for that but i cannot copy the file from one computer to the other -
both are running XP.

I zipped the file on the remote computer, then copied the zipped file acroos
and opened the file successfully. So the problem is with the .pub files for
some reason??
