Cannot move email to a folder after a find

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2002 and am having a problem moving an email to a folder following a find. Example, if I am in my Inbox and do a find, the find works fine, displaying what I searched for, but I am unable to move any of the emails that were "found" to a folder. I get an error window that says "Cannot move the item". I did this all the time in Outlook 2000. I assume that I can control this? I have looked and looked in Options and Customize trying to figure out how to fix this, but cannot find anything. Please advise. I have a need to do this multiple times a day, so it's getting real old!! Thanks!!
