Cannot open Frontpage

I have on my C Drive in Programs "microsoft frontpage".
When I click on the folder, it opens to a version 3.0.
When you click on that it goes to bin. It appears all of
these folders are there but there is nothing in it. All
my other office works find, can anyone help me out?

Please read the following: FrontPage isn't available even though there's a
FrontPage folder under Program Files

That is not frontpage. FrontPage folder is simply a Windows XP system
folder (and is not designed to be deleted).

You will need to purchase and install FP.
