Cannot run microsoft office outlook 2003

I hope some can help me!

I cannot open MS outlook 2003. I get a dialogue box with
the message 'Cannot run microsoft office outlook' and
that is about all.

I have uninstalled and re-installed MSO 2003 several
times but no difference.

At the same time MS Word comes up with 'Not enough memory
or disk space to run Word' and Excel crashes each time i
try to open it.
