Can't edit in Microsoft Publisher

I have a network folder with a brochure that I would like to edit. Right now,
something went wrong and I can't save the file," save as "is to another file.
I am sure its something simple that I did wrong, but I can't figure it out.

If you have recently updated or installed Norton Anti-virus, disable the
Office Plug-in.

Check the file to see if it is "read only", save the file locally and then copy to
the network.
