Can't get to Attachments

I have OE 6 and whenever I download my email, the
attachments are not attached. I don't see a paperclip or
anything. The email appears as if it has not attachment,
but I know it does. It is like OE is not downloading the
attachments from the server.

I have gone to Tools/Options/Security and unchecked
the "Do Not Allow Attachments..." item, but it has not
helped.

I have ME and it came with my computer. Can someone
please help me?
