Cant Open Saved Files

Dave

I am having a problem after installing Office 2003 on my laptop. I have same on my desktop but only use one at a time. I can create a file in any office product, safe to my hard drive and close it out. It will not re open it gives error message about virus protection won't let me open file back up. I can open it up on my desktop though. I am running MacAfee virus protection. PLEASE HELP ANYONE I need to be able to use files on laptop when away from home and desktop computer.

On your Menu, go to Tools - Options - Security - Macro security and see what
the setting is. I have experienced MANY problems when security is set to
high.. Since you are running MacAfee (and presumably updating you virus
profiles regularly), set this to medium or low. I think it may make your
life easier.
