Capturing Page title

In need to capture a page title, when the customer click on a link to a form
for submission. When the form is displayed I need the captured data to be
filled in a Product name. I have no clue how to do this can you help..

It sounds as though the page title is dynamic, depending on the product
being show. In that case it would be simpler to add a hidden field to the
form which gets the product name in the same way as the page title does.

How are the pages populated? Is the site asp/asp.net or php driven? Can you
point us at a page?

In that case add the title to the form field in the same way it's added to
the page.
