Catalog Merge Layout

I am using this feature to produce an address list in Publisher 2007. Some
addresses have more lines then others. I would like to layout to shrink to
fit the text. In other words on the address that only have 3 lines, it would
be smaller than on the ones that have 5 lines.

No, however in step 3 you can create a new publication and manually resize the
text boxes. If you arrange the text boxes differently to compensate for the
missing data, that may work. For instance, data that is missing from some could
be on the right. In catalog merge all the data does have to be in the same text
box.
