CD appears empty at installation

Help...

Does anyone know why my cd appears empty? I've loaded
this on my computer before and it was fine. Now I have a
new computer and tried to install it but nothing
happened. When I looked at the cd in windows explorer it
shows nothing on the cd! Any ideas??? Thanks!

1. Was this CD burned from an ISO? Was this a CDRW that could have been
erased?
2. Was this a retail CD?
3. Does ANY CD work in your computer?
4. What version of Microsoft Publisher are you trying to load? How many CD's
are in the set?

Probably a hardware problem.
Contact the dealer who sold you the computer.
This is not a Publisher problem.
