Change Start - Finish times from dates to hours

I'm putting together a Disaster Recovery Plan when will be detailed in hours
and not dates
How can I can change the Start to show hours (start 6 hours from 0 hour) and
Finish Times (Finish 10 hours from 0 hour)

Also anybody know of any Enterprise Disaster Recovery Templates ; )

You could create two custom number fields, each with a ProjDateDif formula
comparing the Start and finish dates to the Project Start date. The result
is in minutes, so divide by 60 in the formula.

Set the timescale to Hourly
Select Format, Timescale then you can change the time label from the hour to
Hour1, Hour 2 etc.

Under tools, Options you edit the date format to be time only if you wish.
