Change the way attachments appear

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003. Right now when I attach a file, the
file appears in an attachment line up top. I have seen
people who have a separate box at the bottom where
attachments appear. How do I change the setting to make
the attachment box appear at the bottom rather than at
the top?

Thanks,

Chuck

At the end of the attachment line is a box with Attachment Options. Use that
to change the setting. If you don't see it, try right clicking on the
attachment itself.

Outlook Rich Text Format = attachment placed at the insertion point.
HTML = Mail in window below subject line
Plain Text = Attachment in windos at the bottom of the mail.

NOTE: Depending on the version of Outlook, #s 2 & 3 may be reversed.
