Changing Publisher File for non Publisher user

I am attempting to send a Publisher Newsletter with clipart to a collegue.
They do not have Publisher. How can I send it to them? I have tried saving
the format as Post Script and then change the newsletter to a PDF however I
am not set up for that. Please Help
