Children's clock template

I want to make a visual timetable for my child. Does anyone know of a
template or easy way to print clocks and set the hands? Using shapes is
fiddly and I am surprised there isn't one, unless I am blind and am just
missing it.I am using Word 2003.

Insert any vector (.wmf) clock image into Word, ungroup, set the hands.
