Cleaning out big files

How can I list all files in all workspaces over a certain size?
I want to identify the space wasters and duplicate files which are over 10MB.
I don't like wasting not only my diskspace but every other workspace user's
with huge files.

thanks,

Hi Mark R / W-

FileFinder does not search on size at the moment. I'll definitely add it soon!

It is possible to use Bambuco to do the same thing.

One thing to bear in mind is that Groove won't give back the freed spce
automatically. You have to archive and then reload the space, and re-invite
everyone.

An archive still includes unsynchronized data, so it may or may not release
all space used by the deleted files. It's true that an archive will always be
smaller than an active space, but once you make an archive into an active
space, it also increases in size. Often it is more effective to make sure
that all members come online and recieve all changes, and then to make a
series of small changes until the queue is flushed.

For information on how Groove releases disk space, see "How to recover disk
space that is used by a Groove workspace" at
