closed word without saving

Hi,
Please help me fast, i closed word without saving something i worked long
time on, i thought i clicked on yes when it asked if i wanted to save but i
had clciked no...now i have a blank document cause the last timei saved it
was blank. I can c a temporary file $... of that name but cant open it.
Anyways i can get my work back?
