cmap encoding error

When I try to publish my newsletter as a pdf file, I get an error message
that "A font has a cmap encoding error" and not all the text shows in the pdf
file. What's this all about?

What version Acrobat are you using? I understand this error happens in early
versions. Have you tried using a different PDF converter? What version Publisher
do you use?
