Connecting to a Domain at Work & Workgroup at Home

I connect my laptop to a Domain at work, but would like to connect to a
Workgroup at home, so I can share printers and files. At present I can only
share my Internet connection at home. I run Win XP pro on my laptop and have
a router set for DCHP.
Can anyone tell me if I can simply do this, without changing settings.
