I am unable to connect to MS outlook. It is not accepting
my user name and password. It appears as if my membership
has been terminated. How do I fix this? Is there a phone
number to call someone?

My Internet explorer is working and I am able to access Ms
hot mail - so I know the internet connection is working
properly.

It's not "Outlook" that you can't "connect to" it's your ISP's mail server.
have you tried contacting them?
