Connection Points

When trying to place a connection point at the corner of a
diamond in a flowchart, I cannot get the green arrowheads
to appear that allow me to change the direction of the
subsequent connection line. Has anyone had this problem?
Any solutions out there?

Can you elaborate on the issue?

You can place a connection point on the corner of the diamond by selecting
the Connection Point tool, hold down Ctrl and click on the corner to place
it.
When a Connector is joined to the corner, it will turn red.

Doug,

This feature was removed from the Visio 2002 SR-1 version of the product.
You can change the direction using the ShapeSheet though:

1) With the shape selected, choose Window > Show ShapeSheet
2) Look for the Connection Point row that corresponds with your connection
point (you can select the row to see the connection point highlight in the
drawing)
3) Change the DirX and DirY cells to values that correspond with the
direction you would like
